What to Expect

  • Warm welcome at the gate. A staff member will greet you and walk you through the process of choosing and cutting your tree.
  • Walk the fields at your own pace. Take your time exploring our 50+ acres. We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate shoes.
  • We provide the saw. We'll give you a handsaw to cut your chosen tree. Staff are nearby if you need help.
  • We'll wrap and load it for you. After cutting, we'll shake, wrap in netting, and help secure the tree to your vehicle.
  • Cash and cards accepted. We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Dress for the weather. Our fields are outdoors β€” dress warmly and wear boots or sturdy shoes, especially after rain or snow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a reservation or appointment?

No reservation needed! Simply arrive during our season hours β€” Thanksgiving through December 24 β€” and we'll take care of you. Weekends can be busy, especially in early December, so arriving in the morning is recommended.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and your family! We provide the saw, netting, and loading assistance. Bring cash or a card for payment. Wear warm, weatherproof clothing and boots β€” Ohio December weather can be cold and wet. A measuring tape can be helpful if you know your ceiling height.

Can I bring my dog?

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on the farm. Please clean up after your pet and keep them under control at all times. Out of respect for other guests and the trees, please do not let dogs off leash.

How do I know what size tree to get?

Measure your ceiling height before coming and subtract 12–18 inches to allow for the tree stand and a topper. Our staff can help you estimate tree height in the field. When in doubt, err slightly smaller β€” trees often look bigger indoors than they do in an open field.

Do you sell pre-cut trees or wreaths?

We specialize in the cut-your-own experience. Please contact us directly or check our social media during the season for any updates on pre-cut availability or seasonal dΓ©cor items.

What happens if it's raining or snowing?

We are open in all weather conditions during our season hours. Some guests find a light snowfall to be the most magical time to visit! We recommend waterproof boots and layers. In the rare event of severe weather (ice storm, dangerous conditions), check our website or call ahead.
