Years of Family Tradition
Hickory Ridge Tree Farm began in 1957 as a small family operation in the heart of Licking County, Ohio. What started as a humble patch of seedlings has grown into one of the region's most beloved Christmas tree destinations — spanning more than 50 acres of carefully tended fields.
For over six decades, families have made the trip to Hickory Ridge a cherished part of their holiday season. The act of choosing and cutting your own tree isn't just practical — it's a memory. Children who once visited with their parents now bring their own kids to walk the same rows.
We grow five favorite species — Fraser Fir, Canaan Fir, Norway Spruce, White Pine, and Scotch Pine — each selected for beauty, fragrance, and the Ohio climate. Every tree on our property is grown from seedling to harvest right here on the farm, without shortcuts.
